Family Support
Cramer School is fortunate to have a guidance counselor who oversees our Family Support Team. Aside from initiating the new Staff/Student Mentoring Program, our guidance counselor is responsible for heading the Pupil Assistance Committee (PAC). The PAC Team is comprised of various school personnel who meet weekly to provide support to our students by means of collaborating to brainstorm and recommend strategies/techniques, make necessary referrals, and meet with parents to effectively impact the educational, social, emotional, and psychological developmental needs of our students.The guidance department also plays a role in assisting with support for our students by involving school personnel, students, parents, and community to execute projects or programs such as mentoring, career awareness activities, individual/group counseling. There are also future projects in the making such as field trips related to career development and other academic support activities.
