Mission
The mission of Cramer Elementary School is to provide an academically stimulating environment for students, ensuring a nuturing and safe environment for all. The results of the mission will be the development of aware, responsible, contributing and caring members of society.
Goals
Student Achievement:
Student achievement/enrichment achievement levels and enrichment activities will increase significantly in Cramer School.
Staff Empowerment:
Employees will become more involved in the overall planning, operation and decision making. They will be recognized for their accomplishment and therefore develop a positive feeling about Cramer School.
Parental/Community/Support:
Parents and community members will become more involved in the overall planning and operation of Cramer School.
Multicultural Diversity/Global Perceptiveness:
Cramer School will provide a variety of multicultural experiences that will result in positive interactions between students, staff and community members.
Technology:
Cramer students and staff will be prepared for the 21st century by becoming technologically literate.
